Job Location: Cornelius, North Carolina, United States
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Working with management to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.

  • Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Forecast and track key account metrics

  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

  • Facilitate and coordinate staff salaries in the US and appropriate contributions including State and Federal requirements

  • Advise and coordinate tax compliance for Companies under the ESC Americas Group

  • Liaise and work with sales and management to prepare Quarterly and Annual Accounts in terms of performance and for forward looking budgetary use

  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

  • Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy

  • Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets

  • Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting

  • Perform the company’s financial audits

  • Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives

  • Monitor and analyze financial accounting data

  • Create financial reports based on data analysis

  • Make recommendations to business stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks and to work independently

  • Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes

  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and similar software

  • Healthy and able to carry out work requirements specified herein

  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations

  • Superior data management and data analysis skills

  • Two or more years of work experience as Accounting Manager
